National Bioterrorism Response

The Bioterrorism Response project was officially launched in February of 2014 but the group did not officially meet to begin work until June of 2014. This project is identified as short-term and should be completed by the one year mark.
Mission

The National Bioterrorism Response Strategy Project Group is looking at the separate and often disjointed efforts that have been undertaken to address the need for a bioterrorism response capability in the United States. The group wants to deliver a comprehensive, nationwide road map to providing a high level capability that cab be supported, with confidence, by policy level, responsible officials at all levels of government. The group will also provide a series of interconnected recommendations to direct federal bioterrorism investment to achieve high confidence across the nation.
